just to clear the air

i have to make this quick, but i just want to clear the air. Please understand that the post about having Animal Children was just meant to be FUN. i swear. not to cause this whole thing! i just wanted to know about your dogs!! Maybe it got taken the worn gway or something but i wasnt being offensive or anythign at all! I dont know what happened, but i just was making friendly conversation about pets. As for the plane thing, that was just a joke. Yes, I realize my dogs arent human and i am on here pretending to be. I really dont understand how everyone got all defensive, but I am not trying to make any enemies here... just the opposite. I think that this whoole thing has gotten out of control and makes some ppl look the children, and were not. SO, if i offended anyway anyhow.. (even though i truly cant see how i did) then i apologize. I wish you could just unerstand that that post was upposed to be FUN about our pets!! Hope everyone can try to see it from my perspective. I do feel that i was wrongfully 'attacked' but i am willing to get over it. Just wanted to clear the air. I'd write more, but I'm late on my lunch break!

It's alright and I understand how much your doggie means to you. My pets are like my children (older children at this point, but I treat them with the same love and care I do my baby). It might be because you are relatively new to the board and people don't know you or don't understand your way of verbalizing/communicating. It's okay. It's a Friday. $hit happens.

Hopefully we can all move on and get back to the positive vibes the board can produce.

I'll help you clear the air as well... I really dont appreciate 'kptoys: very hostile person'. You dont know me from a hole in the wall so I would appreciate an apology. I am rarely considered hostile, unless Im woken from a deep sleep as my DH can attest to.

I understand that you consider you dog as your child but there is another board for your 'furchild' not Parenting. Lets just keep this board for kids that human women give birth to ok.
