I've been dreading talking to her b/c I signed my commitment letter a few weeks ago. But over vacation my old principal asked me back. I never truly felt part of the faculty here, although I love this grade, I'm soooo happy to be going back to my old (Catholic) school that I taught in for a few years.
My principal was actually VERY understanding & said you may not know me well enough but I want to see my teachers happy. I could tell w/ 'situations' that people weren't especially helpful (I had an issue w/ my fellow grade level teacher all year). She said I was considering moving you upstairs (we're off on a floor by ourselves) to get you out of that environment.
In any respect I feel like its a weight off my shoulders & now I'm back w/ my old buds and a new grade (should be interesting)!

I currently teach 3rd (which I love), new job will be 4th, but the school is more laid back & everyone is like a big family there (rare from what I've seen in the other schools I been in).
