Just took epics with Duet!

FH and i finally got epics taken by Duet the other day! We already had them taken a while ago by a close friend of ours, but it was so cold out (snow on the ground), and i didnt get my makeup or even my nails done, lol. So although i loved the pics, i wasnt crazy about how i looked in a lot of them. Also, the lighting wasnt great and we still need to get most of them touched up.

So....after seeing how good everyones pics came out on here we decided to add that to our package. I am so happy we did! We met with our photographer Sam from Duet, who was great! He thought of lots of poses and just directed us on what to do, so we felt really comfortable. We went to Sands Point preserve and got picks by the castle, the mansion, and overlooking the water. I can't wait to get them back!

I got my hair trimmed and blown out and my makeup done at Christie & Co. in bayside, thanks to some recommendations from the girls on here. It looked good in person, i hope it came out good in the pics!

She did a good job, the eyes were a little more dramatic than i thought they would be (considering i asked her to stay neutral). But it still looked good. I just got regular makeup. I also got suckered into buying lipliner and lip gloss that i prob wont ever use again, lol. The girl who did my hair wasn't the best. She wasnt even looking at me when she doing it, which bothered me a little bit. She kept looking in other directions, i thought it was a little weird. It made me miss my regular hair dresser. I forget what her name was though. She may just have been having a bad day though.

Lisa did my make-up too! I liked her. I didn't get my hair done there because I find the stylists to be a little snotty although they always do a nice job
