once we got downstairs to the banquet area they took forever to meet with us. He knew we were looking around and says ' your probably looking for the price' then he takes forever until we get it... then he finally says $78. +tax/grat. for 100 on a saturday night... is this a good price?

That's a good price, When I looked there they gave me a price of $96 a head for a saturday in February.

yes, that's a good price - they quoted me around that price for a sat. evening in June, but it wasn't what we were looking for.
Just a side note for the girls who are shocked and paying more, many places have lowered their prices due to the state of the economy, so the prices you'll get if you book today are actually cheaper than if you booked in 2001 or 2002...a banquet manager at Floral Terrace told me that.

Its a good price if its what you can afford and they have the date you want. Only you and your FI knows your budget $250 a head could be reasonable for me. Is it within your budget???
