Just want to let out a sigh of relief...

Just want to let out a sigh of relief...

Well...it's FINALLY over and done with.....after 6 weeks and 1 day, I finally hit zero with my beta. A few days later AF came and she is now gone....

so I can finally see myself as normal. 8 weeks long....and it felt like so much longer. I honestly could cry now knowing that my body is back to normal. And to be quite honest, I feel it's harder to deal with now...one of my best friends is PG and she was only 1 week ahead of me and just found out it's a boy. I'm hapy for her, but it still breaks my heart.

I don't know when we will actively TTC again as DH will be going back to school.

8 weeks that changed my life, that I will never forget, and that have showed me that I can get through anything with Rich by my side. It was a roller coaster ride all the way...but I made it.

I can't imagine how you must feel. Hang in there. You sound so positive, which is good!

Life never gives you anything more than you can handle...As awful as it was and as much as you'd never have asked to have to go through it, it has brought you and DH closer together and that is so important. Sometimes things like this have the opposite affect. I am so happy you have your body back! When it is meant to be you will be PG again and it will be beautiful!

You are a strong woman Shana, I am so glad that this experience only brought you and your DH closer together, now you truly know you can get through anything life may throw at you.

Shana I know exactly how you feel. I had a friend that was 4 days behind me when I was PG and she now has a healthy little boy (thankfully!!!!) It was so hard. But I learned so much from that time and allowed the one positive thing to really come from it, and that was the cementing of mine and DH's relationship even more. I didn't know we could be closer but the miscarriage brought us closer than I ever could have imagined. I know it's hard. Believe me I know. You will never forget about your little one but it will get easier that I can promise.

i don't come on the bds much (crackdown at work the past few months!) so i catch up on weekends but have been following your heartbreak and all you have been through. you are so wonderful about all of it and have a great outlook on everything, your ability to share has also helped everyone who reads these boards.

your post made me tear up....you are so lucky (as are many of us!) to have a supportive and loving husband by your side and for him to have such a great wife.

everything happes for a reason, i am a huge believer in this - and you both will have the family of your dreams one day. hang in there! lots of s and best of luck to you in the future!!!

Sorry you two had to go through this. The two of you have to be each others comfort. Keep your head up.
