Just wanted to be sad for a quick minute...

The new owners of my parent's house (the home I grew up in) are closing on it and taking possession of it tomorrow. My mom has been a mess for 2 weeks, and she went there for the last time this morning and came into work a disaster (we work together.)

I decided I couldn't go back again...I didn't want to see it empty and walk around crying. This is soo hard!

I'm so sorry I was just feeling nostaligic over and wishing we had the house I grew up in to get ready at on the day of.

We were forced to sell it right before my father passed away due to medical bills.

They couldn't afford to keep it anymore...it's a pretty big house in a nice area...the taxes alone are a killer!!

My parents have a beautiful house out east, but they only let go of the one I grew up in because it was too expensive.

that stinks

OMG MY Mom said she was going to sell her house which she was living in since she was born and I cried at the thought of it I can't imagine all the emotions
