you mean HOSTEL? it came out with a sequel but i thought the first one was bad. Back in the days, nightmare on elm street scared the crap out of me! I'd probably laugh if i watched it now..(or not)

saw 1 was the best . IMO. that movie plays with ur head!!

I totally agree...IMO if someone is sick and twisted enough to come up with that for a movie...someone is sick and twisted enough to do it in real life!!!

No way! Thats what your imagination is. I have pictures in my head of doing the worst things to traffic cops that Im sure I could make a movie about but I wouldnt actually do it. Then Quentin Tarantino must be a mass murderer.

I was watching the making of saw and they had said in order to make the 'torchure' devices it had to have existed in real life, they couldn't invent their own. They said that what people have done in history is far twisted then what they have done in the movies. How crazy is that?

WOW!!! That is really scary. I wonder if the one where the woman has that big headpiece on and has to get the key from the guys stomach is a real torture device. It is scary to think people are just as demented as the movie portrays!

Re: Just Watched SAW

wow - you wake up late & see that your 4 post thread has 2 pages now!

i really enjoyed 1 & 2...again - i liked 2 better than 1.

I HATE, and i stress the word HATE horror movies. They give me night terrors that are horrible...but for some reason - i really like the saw movies... They're more of a puzzle scenario & the people always have a way out - it's just if they are willing to play the game as John puts it.

I LOVED in Saw 2 that if Donnie Wahlberg had just sat there & listened to him - his son would've appeared in the safe & he'd be fine...

i saw parts of 3 and that's what got me started on this whole thing - i thought it sounded clever & interesting...and then we rented saw 4, 2 days after the wedding...and i liked it a LOT, but the ending confused both Dave & I....so we're watching them all in a row to figure it out... Tonight is 3 & 4..
