just withdrew the biggest check of my life from the bank!!

for our down payment...

its now in escrow...tomorrow morning is our walk through and friday eve we get the keys!!!!!

I think DH came close to puking when he wrote out the check for our home. I had to keep asking him if he was alright as we were walking to the car.

you guys will die when i tell you that we went to the open house on 2/8!!! and it was still a week later when we finally decided on terms!!!!

you take the lawyers out of the equation and everything goes super fast!!!

I grabbed some color swatches from behr...but am not sure about which color yet...we still have to:

* scrap the popcorn ceiling
* take up the carpet
* tear down pantry
* take out kitchen cabinets
* tear down bathroom wall and build newone
* gut bathroom
* build new shower stall
* install new vanity, toilet, sink
* put down subflooring
* tile
* install kitchen cabinets - sink and disposal
* sand and stain wood beams
* paint

I'm sure I have left things off too!!!
