Just wondering

i am thinking for my wedding while I am in the bridal suite... I want to TAKE off my dress get comfy and eat before the Reception starts...

I am thinking of taking my Just got married robe putting it on pick up my hair have private time with the HUB have the brial attendants bring me EVERYTHING from the CH and EAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!


has anyone done this????... I dont want photographers there NO ONE.. I LOVE FOOD and since I am paying for all this I want to enjoy all the food I can...

since I plan to have the hair/make-up person there with me she can fix me up after i stuff myself

and this is why I want a nice big Bridal suite...

I co-sign on being alone with the hubby. I also wish for some alone time right after, while still enjoying the food.

Pretty sure, you get all that accomplished. It is your DAY after all. Any luck finding a great bridal suite?

I am for sure going to stress this to the venue I book.. LOL


I have only seened 3 places and the best bridal suite i have seened is it Sand castle.. its really spacious and nice loove it!!!

Of course its YOUR day and you can do whatever you want....but, the 5-6 hours is going to FLY by and personally i rather spend the time with friends and family having a blast. Plus, if i'm spending a boatload on my dress...there is no way i'm taking it off lol.

BTW, I LOVE LOVE LOVE the SandCastle. We're probably gonna book in Feb!

i meant 'alone' time just during CH so i can enjoy the food... after that I am going to party all night with my friends...

and the dress will come off just so i can eat and wont dirty it.. i will put it back on for the reception

It does go by really fast. Our CH felt like 15 minutes tops and then they were pulling us to the reception room for the big reveal and some quick photos before the guests came in. Depending on the dress- just getting in and out of it might take 10-15 minutes! JT draped me with a tablecloth- yes a whole table cloth so I could eat!

ETA: We also tried to get some of our meeting and greeting out of the way during CH. We wanted to be able to dance the night away at the reception so we tried to make our rounds during CH.
