Katebug re Full House

Hi! I saw you were using Full House as your band and wanted to see if you had any info you could share. How did you find them? Had you seen them before? We are planning from out-of-town and only have their video to go on, but thought they sounded really good, and had a great set list. We're considering them and one other band at the moment, but it's doubtful we'll get to meet either before we book, so any feedback is most appreciated! Thanks in advance!

Alison,
I saw Full House twice before we booked with them. I really enjoyed them both times. They can play lots of different music and they sound great. Plus, they are very accomodating - it is important to my future in-laws that they can play some Irish music, and they are more than willing to learn new songs. Also, they play lots of clubs around here locally, and I know people who go out specifically to see them, so I think that speaks to how good they are.

As far as getting in touch with them, their agent is Franklin Wayne, who advertises on this site. The band also has a separate web site that is advertised on here. Heather, who works at Franklin Wayne is really helpful and accomodating. I will warn you though that the Franklin Wayne bands book very quickly - I went to 2 other showcases and when I went to talk to Heather about availability the bands had been book that night for my date. Not to panic you, but if your date is soon or during a popular time, you may want to start deciding which band you want.

If you have any other questions, feel free to ask.

Claud2001 used them for her wedding and they were great. She was very happy with them. I was a guest at her wedding (we have been friends for years) and the band really did a great job.
