So I originally booked the Tivoli room, but then our guest list exploded lol and we moved into the renaissance room
now i know this room has this kinda loungey area before you go into the ballroom, are guests allowed to come early and like hang out there?

Hey Joannnaaaa!!!! Sorry, I was at lunch.
I'm really not sure if they could hang there before the festivities begin. I think it may depend on how early it is that they arrive but no matter what Mr. Russo def wouldn't leave these people out in the cold so they will be accomodated-- however if your CH starts at 7 and they get there at 5:30-6, I dont know if they will let people hang around doing nothing for an hour...
Your best bet is to call Toni Ann or whoever your even manager is and ask- and then tell me what they say....

thanks katie!!! i actually got some info on bhb as well, and it seems like people were actually able to hang out there, but like you said i should call my bm and see what time people can start arriving

I was reading the post from BHB... i thought that that lounge was for the renaissance room exclusively.... I also thought that the tivoli room had their own lounge.... call and ask them that too because if there is a party in the tivoli time the same time as our weddings i dont want my guests congregating with people from another party.. call me a bit*ch but thats how i feel....

not sure about Russos but some halls have what they call a hospitality hour.
they will allow guests to stay some place at the RH prior to the CH starting. maybe ask about that

i also thought it was only for the renaissance room, i know there isnt a lounge for tivoli, but i also know that they start times between the 2 parties are an hour apart so there really shouldnt be that much co-mingling lol but ill try to give thema call when i have a chance

oh yes i did!!!! theyre actually displaying the monogram lighting and something else that i wanted to get i forget, but doubt fh will go he always leaves me high and dry for these type things lolollll
