Kay jewelers...

So I had to drop off my e-ring last thursday to get it sized. They said it takes up to two weeks!! i'm so sad, it feels like it's been forever, and now i'm starting to hear horror stories about kays! It wouldn't be so bad, but i had gotten sized there before my fh bought the ring. So when he bought it they sent it out already to be sized, so this is the second time cause they couldn't get it right the first time! Does anyone know where they send it? I wanna go pick it up
