So, today, FH and I went to look at wedding bands. Turns out he needs to special order his and mine can be ordered shortly before his comes in, so they can arrive at the same time. Here's the weird thing. I CANNOT find the ring on kay's website. Does anyone have any experience w/Kay Jewelers? It took me SO long to decide which ring to get, I'd hate to find out that I can't get the one I picked out today. Do they not show all of their stuff on their site?

We got our bands at Kay & we had a decent experience. They were helpful & we both love our rings. The only problem we had was when we went back to get FHs ring, they couldn't find it. It turns out that they just filed it under 'A' for his first name instead of 'P' for his last.
It's definately possible that they do not show everything on their site. I'd call & ask to be sure just in case.

We got our bands at Kay..but experienced no problems at all. Sorry that you are dealing with this..I guess its possible for them not to advertise everything on their website..

friends of ours got their bands at Kay. She had to take it back there though -- it actually broke 3 times in 6 months!

oh no! I hope that doesn't happen to us! We're also signing up for their protection plan, so if anything happens, we should be okay.
I was really hoping they had the photo online--wanted to do a poll and see what everyone thought.

No, they do not have everything on their website. My FH got his band from Kays and it is not on the site. A pic of his ring is in my album
