i just posted about the dress experience.
I found a gown i loved, but didnt get it. I'm sort of regretting that now though.

Also, we were really excited when we saw that Ashley was going to be helping us. Everytime someone asks about Helen's I always tell them to try to work with her, she's awesome.
Well, after about 20 minutes she disapeared, as did everyone else who worked there. We were fending for ourselves, no one helped us get the gowns on or tied or anything, and when we specifically asked for help, we didnt get the help we asked for.

One of the ladies kept using my name which I normally love, but she kept saying it in a condescending tone, and had sad look on her face while saying 'Kerri? Any luck?'
I was like... ummmm 'NO. Can you help me maybe?'

It was ridiculous. If they didnt have like the only sample of the gown i love, i'd never go back there.

Kelly is BOOKED THERE, and they ignored her too.

It was just a horrible day...we got lost getting there.....which in muggy 90 weather just is nasty and then we get there and were treated like garbage...at this point I will never go back...which kills me because I liked a few dresses there and um....booked all my vendors there..but one......UGH

was it busy?? m aybe they just dont know how to handle it when there are trunk shows i have never had a bad experience there before! sorry to hear ladies!

wasnt busy till right before we left......I normally love it there ....it was really upsetting

I wouldnt say never go there......I have been a few times and though this last time was horrible ....every other time was amazing!! I would never tell someone not to go!

I am so sorry to hear that you ladies had a bad experience there.. I bought my gown from there and they were super helpful.
