Kelly's Kreations

Kelly was very nice to me on the phone until I found out she lied to me about a dress I was looking for. I was looking for a particular Maggie Sottero dress (Mabel) and she said she had in her store and only her store and one other store in Manhattan had it. I believed her since I had called all authorized retailers from Queens to Patchogue and no one had the dress. Paradise Bridal was kind enough to get me loaner before I found out Kelly had the dress. When I got to the place they had the dress out and I knew it was not the dress. She kept insisting it was and I could add more embelishment on it to make it look like the picture on line. Needless to say, I hated the dress but found two I liked. I wound up going back to Kelly's Kreations a few weeks later to try the 2 dresses on again. Kelly asked me if I had been there before and I told her I was there to try on the Mabel dress. She then proceeds to tell me they never had the Mabel dress and then insisted I try on a dress that I would like. It was the same dress she told me was Mabel the first time. I was really unhappy with my experience there. Needless to say, Paradise Bridal got the Mabel dress in and that was the dress I said Yes to.

Yikes! I checked out some online reviews and they're starting to make me nervous. I was thinking of ordering from her b/c her alterations are significantly cheaper, but I read a couple of reviews about the dress not being the same dress as the website and a lot of reviews about dresses coming in at the last minute.
