Does anybody know where I could go or look online for a conservative ketubah? We might use the one that the temple is giving us but I wanted to get an idea what else is out there. Thanks!!!

We got ours at Zion Lion too. They have a great selection and are very helpful!
Its printed on very thick watercolor paper, like cardboard thick. It gets shipped flat, not in a tube. My sister got hers somewhere else and it came in a tube. It was hard to get flat. I ordered a sample and its perfect. I'm getting the Autumn one.

Thanks everyone! I looked at the websites and will also call zion lion...i know exactly where that store is! Just out of curiosity...what is a good price for a ketubah? They seem expensive on some websites or is that the average price?

They are more expensive then I would have thought. I guess around 200-350 is average. It all depends on the quality. I think my sisters cost as much as mine but I think mine is better quality. Also, shop around online because I've seen the same ketubah on different sites for different amounts. Also, if you shop around online then call Zion Lion or Chia and Mazel (Commack) they might match the price. Another suggestion as with the invites, try to get a sample. Mine was $15 but well worth it to see the quality.

It is definetly more expensive than I thought but I will shop around and see what I could find. I would also try to get a sample...its good to see what you are buying especially if it is from online. Thanks again!!!

We picked one out in person at J.Levine and then found it at e-judaica.com for much less (ended up saving about $40).
