Ketubahs - Where did you get yours?

This is the next thing on my list. I'm not jewish, but FH is and I have no idea what a ketubah should look like. What specifically should the text say and where can I buy a reasonably priced, but pretty one?

TIA!

I ordered ours from www.mpartworks.com

I'm Jewish, FH is not, so the cantor who is marrying us told us to get whatever ketubah we want as long as it was interfaith text (there are all different text options to choose from).

Thanks for that website! I've been looking for interfaith ketubahs as well. I know they do have some Interfaith ones at Yussel's Place in Merrick(on Merrick Avenue by the train station) just not a lot. The one we wanted only came in reform so we have to keep looking. If anyone else finds a place that has interfaith ones please let me know as well!

I am Jewish and DH is not. We bought a beautiful interfaith one from Zion Lion in New Hyde Park. FM me if you want more info.

What's an interfaith ketubah? Does that just mean that the text is in English?

I think it's just different text options. If you go on the website, there are all different categories of text to choose from, and you can read all the different options within each category.

You can choose all English or both English and Hebrew - we did both languages on ours.

We got ours from www.artketubah.com, the website of the artist Nishima Kaplan. We also saw her work on www.ketubah.com and www.mpartworks.com.

We got ours from the Jewish Museum. Unfortunately, I do not recommend getting it from there. Check my review for more details.
