FH is making our ketubbah, but we are looking around for ideas. I just posted some kettubahs I like in my albums. Please tell me what you guys think!

I am not sure what a Ketubbah is, but I like how 5 and 6 look! The bird one is beautiful!!
Can you tell me what it is? Is it like a banner?

a ketubah is a jewish marriage certificate Most people frame them and hang them in their house as artwork
I like the ones you picked out...FH and i were considering some of those same ones!!! I think you should consider the color scheme of your house and the color you would frame it in when deciding.
Personally I like the birds best

I have actually seen Ketubbah's for other religions. It obviously doesn't have the Jewish symbolism, but they are still very beautiful. The non religious ones are usually your wedding vows, which is still a beautiful keepsake. Here is a website that has a section for English only, but I have seen them elsewhere too.

Fh's favorite color is red, my favorite is yellow. We are relying heavily on these colors for the wedding scheme, so we are probably going to do those colors. Maybe a red bird and a yellow bird?
