Key West

We are thinking of splitting our honeymoon and going to Key West for 4 days. Anyone have any feed back or places to stay? I found a few nice B & B's online.

Thanks!!

Love Key West!

I'd check Tripadvisor for reviews. We have been, but DH's cousin worked for the States Attorneys office there and her husband was in the Coast Guard, so we used to stay with them

We stayed at the Hyatt Spa a couple of years ago. It was very nice - right on the water.

If you fly into Ft Myers, it is a long drive to Key West.

Take a look at South Seas Plantation on Captiva Island. Beautiful resort.

Love South Seas on Captiva,

But there is a ferry that runs from Ft. Meyers to Key West so you don't have to drive

We are also going to the keys for 4 nights. When checking google maps for South Seas Plantation on Captiva Island it does not look to be part of the keys am I checking the wrong hotel?

I also heard nice things about Hyatt.

No

Captiva and Sanibel are off of Ft. Meyers

Re: Key West

You are correct - Captival is not part of Key West. I just threw that out there for another option. Captival is more of a beach resort. You have the ocean, bay, pool, tennis and golf, restaurants and bars - if you are interested.

Key West - pool, sightseeing, restaurants and bars.

Key West rocks!

I stayed at a clothing optional resort BY ACCIDENT many years ago, so I would recommend that you verify it is a regular resort/hotel/B&B before booking.
