kickboxing

back from my first kickboxing class!!! i feel like jello ahh tomm is going to ****!!! but i have to say i loved it because it just was an overall work out of everything!! i have 2 more classes and then i gotta see about doing a package!! ah i think so its a great way for anyone who is looking to get in shape and tone up!!.....
im sure tomm that is what i will wanna do to myself though haha
