Kickboxing Class Rave
I just want to share a hidden gem with some brides to be who may be looking for a way to get into shape for their weddings.
I started taking kickboxing classes at Waverly Martial Arts in Patchogue.
Its a karate studio that has adult kickboxing classes mwf & sat mornings and tu/th nights.
The instructors are awesome, the class is so welcoming and it's a kick *** work out. Its hard core cardio as well as a killer arm/ab/leg work out. Some of the muscles in my back and abs I didnt even know could be sore were sore for the first week!
Just wanted to share! Something to def check out, they do a 3 classes for $20 dollar special and it includes a set of boxing gloves, so def worth a shot!
Tell them Christina M sent you :)
