So I took my first kickboxing class through ilovekickboxing.com at the Carle Place location - and it was awesome!!
It will kick your *** but it was a amzing workout. Ryan helped me and he was great - as all the guys were. The class was mostly women. And you get a free pair of boxing gloves!!! There is a web special right now.
I highly recommend it!!!

I go there also. I have been going for about 2 months. That is so funny. We have probably seen eachother and didnt even know it. It is well worth it. In 2 months I have seen a huuuug difference.

Kim and Colleen you know you're welcomed!! I'll show you the schedule tomorrow.
I've only been there once - they have a web special for $19.95 for 3 classes. THen afterwards they try to sell you packages. THey are a little expensive but I think they would be willing to work with you. THere is no per class price.
I'm going to try to go Tues nights and THurs nights. Hopefully I'll be able to sneak in another day at some point.

Just to let you ladies know the packages are exspensive but Ryan will totally work with you. He was able to spread my payments over more months than he advertised.
