Re: Kidney Stones anyone?
OMG, I had one and was hospitalized. It was the worst pain I've ever had in my life...I was crying and screaming in pain in the ER, it was horrible. It passed on it's own, but I hope I never have that again. However, I've had recurring Urinary Tract infections for the past two years...hopefully, my urologist has cleared that up, and if not, I might have to have some surgery which involves stretching the bladder and urethra (for some reason it helps prevent infections).
I hope you're ok Jenn.

Re: Kidney Stones anyone?
Jenn, you should be getting an ultrasound to look for the kidney stones ( I just had one a few days ago because of the suspicion that I had another one). I've always had ultrasounds for 'finding' kidney stones, never x-rays.

Re: Kidney Stones anyone?
We should start a LIW Kidney Stone support group. We can help eachother scream and beat up various things when we have one.
Jenn...I hope you are feeling ok.
ETA: Kathy is right, x-rays tell you nothing. I had an idiot in the ER at Roosevelt Hospital tell me I was making things up because he didn't see anything on an xray.
The cat scan at my real doctor the next day (after 22 hours of SCREAMING) told a much different story!
