kids are funny

so my 5 year old brought home a list of names for v-day at school. i read through them....

allison, catherine and morgan all in a row.

my sister=allison, my mom=catherine and my daughter=morgan.

i start laughing and tell my daughter.

she looks at me weird and says catherine is in my class? i say yes. she smiles and says: I always thought her name was Captain.



so i ask, who do youknow named captain?

reply: Captain Hook.



I had to explain Captain is a title [officer smith] not a name. it was hilarious.

even better, on flights to NC, Capt.Morgan is often our pilot. I chuckle everytime. He's been my pilot on 3 sep. occasions.
