Try stores that are for Communion outfits. They will have ties for kids.

I bought all matching adult ties. The two older boys (12) looked fine in the adult tie but my one 9 year old nephew was still too small for a grown up tie so we had our tailor make it small! It came out great.
Find a tie you like and take it to your dry cleaner or tailor to make it the right size. Good luck!
