Re: kids 'to do' bags....
I put disposable cameras in the older kids bags (ages 8 and up) to give them something to do. I also had coloring books, and other various toys I found at the dollar store

Re: kids 'to do' bags....
thanks for all the ideas...here's what I ended up with so far: 8 yo boys: matchbox car, lollipop, starbursts, , that 'pop up ball' handheld toy(backyard game), paddleball, bank with tootsie rolls, camera.
10 yo girls: camera, photo album, picture frame(i will put in their baby picture), fun pencil, starbursts, lollipop, tootsie roll bank
12-13 yo: compact beaded mirror that looks like a pocketbook, camera, notecards, lollipop, starbursts, tootsieroll bank.
...i was trying to get age appropriate things. i am pushing it with the tootsie roll bank for the older two, but I figure I/d want that NOW and I'm 28. Candy is always welcomed.
