Re: Ki$$ing bell$$
I had the ones from Oriental Trading. They did not ring much but they were a nice touch to have on the table for each guest to take home.

I figured they wouldnt make much noise... I kinda like that about them.. I cannot stand when people clink on glasses for the bride and groom to kiss!

Re: Kissing bells
I bought 100 for $5.00 on weddingchannel.com
They (I think) were handed out with the birdseed when we left the church. There were 4 left in the bag we had them in however we never saw or heard one the entire night. They were a fun thing to add on.

I used mine at the end of our ceremony. WHen they pronounced us man and wife, everyone rang their bells. They weren't loud, but it was a really nice touch.

Re: Ki$$ing bell$$
i ordered real placecard bells from theknot.com. They are beautiful and ring so nice...im so glad i bought them. I wasn't crazy about the little card ones you get at oriental trading (u cant really hear them too well in my opinion) and i dont want anyone clinking glasses at my wedding for us to kiss ( i hate that!) I i figured kill two birds with one stone with the placecard bells...one one side i will have the table numbers and names and on the other side will be that poem about ringing the bell for the kiss
