hrmm $65 plus tax and 18% grat this included cocktail hour and sit down dinner with three choices of entrees, the cake, the centerpieces, the color choices on linens and such.
We technically paid about $8500 all and all but that included the ceremony too ($300) which is an extra hour and includes the set up for that as well. That's inclusive of Tax & Grat. min of 100 people.
oh my $8500 for the place i think i am going to have a heart attack!!!

i dont understand---oheaka castle has a site fee too what is it? i am not paying a site fee just $1000 for the ceremony

Site fee is just a fee to use the mansion. In our case, St Johns university owns the mansion and lessings does the catering, so we are renting the mansion for the day from St Johns. The Bourne is in Oakdale overlooking the Great South Bay
