Kind of mad at macys

So, I ordered the bms gifts from Macys when I was told they didn't have them in the store. They came to my house A MINUTE AGO and ONLY the MOH was gift boxed.

Is that normal?

Should I call and ask for boxes? I think I spent more than enough for them to have at least placed them in the nice boxes rather than the plain white ones...

I would call customer service and see what they can do about it, maybe you can go to the store and have it gift wrapped free of charge since they messed up

I called the store and they were snobby. The lady (Valeria) told me 'Well, come in with the recipt and we will see'

Why would they only gift box one???

go into the store and ask to speak to a manager, explain the issue to her, they should honor your request.

definitely speak to a manager!! Macy's is good like that, they'll fix the problem for you

i worked there one christmas season and the best thing to do is talk to a manager they are pretty cool about fixing things like that
