Kind of wierd question

So I have a client that is a fairly big real estate developer. He and I have always gotten along well, so I run all of his projects in my office

He came in yesterday and asked me when my wedding is ( so he doesn't start something when I won't be here.....he doesn't know that I am moving yet!)

And he says, oh, well you don't have to invite me but give me something and inwill give you a really good gift.

What would you do?

Give him an invite without the extra cards? Ignore it?

wow!!

Maybe give him a save the date?

I don't know what kind of business you're in, or where you're moving... but if he's a great client and likes you so much maybe he'll want to move his business to your new office?

Are you getting married at the RH?

I would give him the ceremony info, if it's in a different locale. JMO...

When I worked at a school, the teachers would post the ceremony info only, so whoever wanted to see the bride get married could go and no one ever felt bad about not getting invited to the reception.
