kinda excited!

so my dream honeymoon would be to tahiti!!! and we think its just way out of the budget but tonight i showed FH pics of camachos honeymoon and now he wants to look into it... but he really has his heart set on sandals since everything is included... but i just LOVE tahiti never been there but its the perfect place. im just excited cuz he said we can look into it and get prices.. i hope its do-able.. but i know its prob not! any suggestions on where i should go to get prices?

tahiti is where they have those over-the-water- bungalows right?? I soooooo want to do that. Lots of $$$ though.

yes thats what it is. and thats why i want to go so bad.. its like a once in a life time thing.. but FH said cant we just go on our 5 year anniversary and i said yes but who said im staying with u that long (i was just kididng ) but it is an option

I actually have a tahiti brochure. Theres so many different prices, depending on which places you go to, how many days and where you stay. Many of the packages are $4,000 and up...They do have some packages that start at $1,779 for 8 days at Moorea, thats if you dont mind just going to moorea. Most of the packages are Tahiti, moorea and bora bora, and their packages start at about $3000, and then of course depending on which places you want to stay at can go higher

Try a bunch of travel agents - do some shopping around with them - see what kind of packages they can get you and then see if you can do better yourself on line!

I went to a bridal show and the travel agent was there and she gave me a brochure. When I get home tonight, I will post for you her name and the company. I can also give you prices and a couple of packages

Tahiti is very expensive

My future inlaws went there in july, They just had regular economy airfare too, 10 nights, and 4 of them in an over the water bungalow in bora bora
they said it costs 15k total...very expensive.

They also said moorea was nice, but bora bora was the best, and if and when they go back they are just going to bora bora. Theyjust said its incredible!

I think it's about a 13 hour flight...a friend of mine just got back from there, she actually won her honeymoon from one of those contests at a bridal show!! 9 days in Tahiti, Moorea, and Bora Bora--how lucky were they??!!

I would never be that lucky. FH and I spoke of Tahiti, but since we are paying for the whole damn wedding, we decided it's really not in budget, so we are thinking of Mexico somewhere, Pacific maybe.... we both never been.
