Ok, So FH loves the cold and we both have been to alot of places in Europe so we thought it would be fun to go to sweden and Norway. Only thing is that this is not the most popular destination especially for a honeymoon. I keep doing research but, its not like booking for major cities in Europe I mean there isnt much information on it. I am used to planning these things on my own. Do you think travel tom would help or Liberty?

you could try travel tom, but i emailed him over a week ago and never heard back.
you could try just walking into a liberty - they can be pretty helpful. I would walk in, get info and ideas, maybe some brochures and then try to book it yourself. I hate that everything goes to them first. JMO. good luck!

hmmm, do you have his phone #. I don't think I ever wrote it down. Do u think travel agents are worth the money???
not a fan of TAs but that's because I got a better price online when i booked my airfare. you don't really pay them, they get commission from the airline or whatever they book for you.
It doesn't matter where they're located - they should be able to help you regardless.
Travel Tom is an Amex travel agent and I think he's located in Maryland...

especially for HM's that you have a hard time getting info on I would contact a travel agent.
I know Liberty has extremely high standards and posts stars accordingly.
FH and I always use liberty when we are unsure of quality and we have never been disappointed.

the daily news recently did a travel piece about northern destinations in their sunday travel section...maybe you can search for it on their website for suggestions and ideas
also, it doesn't hurt to use a travel agent if it's off the beaten path

norway is gorgeous.. ok i'm a total weirdo, but i love reading about royalty, and i read last year that the crown prince of norway usually goes to this off the hook island in south of norway, and it's supposed to one of the most beautiful places ever..
i'll find out when i get home where the place is!!! norway is sooooo pretty, i wanted to do a scandinavian HM, but FH was adamant about southern europe!!!

Travel Tom helped me out so I'm sure he can help you. Also, in doing my research, I came across many cruises going into that region. Maybe you could check them out if you're open to that. I know royal caribbean had a bunch around your time and I'm sure there are more companies too. Oh, and you'll probably be able to see excursions that the cruises offer so that even if you don't do a cruise you'll have ideas of what to do while there. HTH
