Wow...his ignoring you sounds pretty childish. I would call him on it and make sure he still wants to be in your bridal party.

put it on him ... give him the choice so no one can put it on you!
say ... 'listen, you need to start respecting us and paying attention to us. it's not fair and there is no reason for the way you have been acting. i would really like for you to be a part of my wedding, but not like this. if you can find it in you to change your ways, then i would love for you to be in my wedding party. if not, then i don't think i want you there. i'm putting it up to you -- you decide, and stick behind your decision.'

yeah i would def talk to him and maybe see why he is acting this way and ask if he still even wants to be part of the wedding.

yeah that is very childish if hes ignoring you... obviously its not always a given that someone will be liked just because they are going to be family... but that is no reason to not at least be civil... sorry you are dealing with that... is there any way you could talk to your cousin about it?

I would talk to him alone.. w/o FW and without your cousins wife. Just the two of you. Find out what's really going on and have a full out heart to heart with him. If his wife doesn't like your FW tough... your all family and your all stuck with one another for a very very long time. There's no getting around that fact and they both need to understand that.

ITA with the other girls. talk to him alone, lay it all on the table and tell him you want him in it, but the tension has to stop. give him the choice so that its not on you!
