My engagement party is this Saturday and I still can't find shoes to wear. I have my dress, it's a halter, ends right below my knees and is a very flowy material so I need a pair of dainty sandals in either a bronze, brown or taupe color. I went to the gigantic Love my Shoes on 110 yesterday and found nothing. I even looked online at Zappos.com, guess.com, bebe.com, stevemadden.com, lovemyshoes.com, bloomingdales.com, etc. and still nothing. I found a few but they were all over $100 and I'm trying to save so I really don't want to spend that much because I know this will be the only time wearing them.
I'm getting very frustrated

Macy's I checked out online, nine west isn't really my style a little too conservative for me. I wish I had the time to go into the city between today and tomorrow but I definitely can't make it in. I'm sure I'd be able to find something there.

Can you post a pic of the few you did like (the ones over $100)? Maybe someone can find a cheap replica.....or at least get a sense of your taste so then they can suggest something else....

Try Roosevelt field mall I can tell you that I got my wedding shoes at Sandy's in Massapequa and they had some nice bronze, grey and gold sandals
They are on Sunrise Highway in Massapequa next to IHOP

I tried on the Chinese Laundry sandals at LMS and they were uncomfortable, I would have had a blister on my little pinky toe by the end of the night no doubt!
Where's you find these?? I like them I can't make out the name brand from the pic though?!?!
I like the Gabriella Rocha ones but I'm kind of scared that as of today I won't have enough time to have them delivered and if I expedite the shipping it will be a waste of like $25 just for shipping.
Mission 21...Find shoes on lunch break in under an hour. hmmmm can I do it...I'm gonna go check out DSW in Commack (closest one to me).
