I know someone who has the same problem -- it's worse when he's stressed. I'm sure it's just acting up because of the wedding. Try yoga or something else to ease your stress. GL!

well i dont have tourettes so i cant relate to that but i have fibromyalgia which can flare up with stress. i dont know if this helps but i just started manual physical therapy (read: lots of massages!) and ive been pretty relaxed since i started. usually all my muscles and nerves are all tensed up in a tight ball and now im learning stretches to manage when i feel the stress coming on. so if not PT, def start yoga, meditation and dont forget to breathe! hope that helps

My brother has the same problem..
Unfortunately without medication they told him to try non-stressful activities to help.
It seems you're already doing yoga and exercise, so i don't know how else I can help you. sorry I'm not more help.. but with my brother it comes and goes depending on his stress level - hopefully it will get better for you.

no he's only 14 and they didn't want to start him on anything.. but it really only flares up.
he'll seem to have the blinking issue for weeks at a time, then he'll go whole months with nothing. Then it comes back.
