Aunt Flo has not come to visit yet, and i'm afraid my cycle has changed. How could this happen the month i'm getting married? I was so excited because i thought she would of came and gone by now. Can stress affect your cycle?

stress can DEFINITELY affect your cycle!!! dont worry hun, take a nice hot shower and relax!! you still have plenty of time for AF to come and go!!! i am sending some AF wishes your way!!!!

Stress does alter it, however, it nmever did that to me no mater how stressed I am . Only s*x and exercise does!!!! LOL!!! I am do fo rAunt FLo the day of my wedding. So trust me I will make her come sooner!!!!
