I just got an e-mail from a close friend who lives in LA. He had been planning on coming to the wedding for months now, and I was so excited to see him. However, he was accepted into a graduate program and had to use the money he budgeted for his plane ticket to his tuition deposit and now can't afford to come. I totally understand why he can't make it, but I'm still really disappointed.
