i honestly dont think its a huge difference that spending the $200+ on the device is going to cut down on your book buying

ita
the books range from free (for classics) ~ $75.00 (for a series)
I think I might give in and get one after the wedding... just to save shelf space.
but honestly, if money is the main reason to get one. just get a B&N membership card.. its $25.00 and you get coupons and like 10-50% off of books.

Re: kindle/nook/ipad
i got the nook as my break up present to myself haha
i didn't know if i would actually like it, but im in loveeee with it
books range from free-around 10-12 each-but for example, i always buy james patterson books when they come out, and was spending 19-20 per book once a month..now they're 10, which is about half price..so that's a big savings
it also saves a TON of room for someone like me, who owns hundreds and hundreds of books-about 3 floor to ceiling bookcases full
its soooo easy to travel with, because now i just bring that instead of 8-9 books, which took up a ton of room

thats the only reason im considering it... it would save me a shyt load of room... but i love the physical book too... im so torn
