Kisses Favor

Our friends are always commenting (ok, teasing) that we are always kissing & so mushy
So we thought that hersey kisses would be a cute favor:

5 hershey kisses, for each guest to eat
To remind us that life can be bitter and so sweet
Five wishes for the new husband and wife
Health, weather, happiness, children, and a long life!

The flavors we might choose are:
Hugs
Carmel
Almond
Peanut butter
Cherry cordial

What do you think? and how would you wrap them?

Edited: Keep in mind this is a very small wedding, so we thought something personal would be nice.

Cute idea! You could put them in mini organza bags and attach a tag with the poem.

I LOVE IT ~ Hershey kisses are one of my favorites ~ I was thinking of having one of those candy bar/buffets near the guest book ~ make a cute little table set up and I want to include hershey kisses...

How about a shot glass or little martini glass with your names and wedding date engraved.

Maybe you can put them in an ice cream scoop!

I know it's horrible...but we are trying to keep the expense low. We were going to do the 5 kisses per person. If it's wrapped in something like a glass, then we would do 1 per couple.

Chocolate Rosebuds

One of my coworkers (teacher) used oriental trading company to make these. They had a kit with everything already precut. It was so nice and easy!! Unfortunatly I just looked on their website and I can't find it! I'm so sad - but above is a link where you can make it your self! This way you can choose your own rose colors. They are so pretty and this way you can make everyone a small bouquet with all the different flavors and include that fabulous little poem!

Went to a wedding saturday and they had a clear small box with about 5 or 6 kisses, and on the bottom they put labels on each of them saying. Hugs and kisses from the now Mr. & Mrs.
