who carries it??? I've for the most part have only seen fg 's with it

anyone can carry them but traditionally it is for the FG....My FG is carrying it bc she can't throw anything in the church...Plus for her, it is like a pocketbook!

thanks for the help ladies....i was just speaking to a friend of mine and she said that sometimes people hang it on the entrance of there recaption hall room, if it is allowed.
