Kissing Balls...

Is there any brides here that used Kissing Balls instead of Bok's. If so, can you post some of your pics?

They were so ugly and fell apart before the evening began


I have seen some girls make them. Buy a foam ball (from Michaels) and then stick in fake flowers into it. Probably cheaper too.

I bought one with fake flowers at Michaels' or AC moore and my florist will put in some real flowers to spruce it up a bit. He said it gets to heavy if it's made entirely of real flowers.

I used them for my flower girls. They were really cute and held up well.

The only thing was the flowers wilted fast but I knew this before hand so I wasn't suprised and I chose light colored flowers.

i did the kissing ball for fg too, well my florist did them. It was the same flowers as my bok, pink and white peonies.

I probably have a better pic of it somewhere but this is what i found now

I made mine for my FG's to carry, I love how they came out....I have a pic when I was working on them....looking for the pic now. if I find it I will post it!

I didn't know what kissing balls were until I read this post.. needless to say the name is very deceiving

Now that I know I think they are really cute for the flower girl
