Kitchen table

I'm looking for a wood kitchen table for under $600.
I feel like I've been to every dinette store on the island.
Any ideas on where else I can go?

Re: Kitchen table

There is a dinette store on Jericho Tpk in Commack next to long Island paneling, I didnt specifically look for wood tables there but on the glass ones we were looking at they seemed reasonable (starting at $400) and the sales guy was very accomodating when we were looking (too be we are just too indecisive)

Also look at JcPenney's they have a lot of nice stuff, you can see some of it on their website.

Re: Kitchen table

Try All Wood furniture. That is where we had purchased our table and they have some quality stuff. Our table is solid 5/4 oak with six matching chairs. Well worth the wait. They have a location on rt. 110 South of LIE. Try the phone book for details.

Re: Kitchen table

I think Gothic Cabinet Craft would have some for that price range. They have a few locations

Re: Kitchen table

whatever you do DO NOT GO TO Tiffany furniture on rt 110 in farmingdale..fh and i bought a tile table that was supposed to have ivy all around it beautiful in the store..they were 6 weeks late with the table first off and wouldn't give our money back because it was 'special order' and then when we got the table home it didn't have any ivy on it it was just plain white tile..when we called them they told us they never had any table with ivy on it..oh sorry you just brought up a bad experience with me..lol hope yours is better..happy hunting..

Re: Kitchen table

We had that problem too. Finally we went into Nostalgia Oak on 110 in Riverhead and found an awesome oak table w/ whitewashed legs for $799 and that came w/ six chairs and the leaf. They definately had other styles too.

They also have a showroom in New Hyde Park by Denton Ave.
