Kitchen tables

FH & I are currently searching for a simple kitchen table with 4 chairs...We don't want to spend a lot of $$

Can you please post pictures of your sets & where you got them?

This is one we are considering from Pottery barn. $1399.

My first kitchen table was from Fortune Dinettes on Old Country Road. At the time I thought it was a tremendous amt of money 15 years ago, but I had it for 15 years!

Decide if you want to get something for now or for the next 10 years.

I don't know how much you are looking to spend, but for our apartment we got a kitchen table from Maces for $99, with 4 chairs. It's not the best quality but we weren't looking for a permanent table.

I don't have a picture because we don't have it in our house, since we have a formal dining room.

what type/color scheme will you be looking for? after my DR is done, I will probubly be getting rid of my kitchen table but ti's black & white, I painted it myself and put on the new legs (fence posts)!! here's a pic

This is ours. $529 at Gothic Cabinet Craft (it was on sale, reg. price is $575). I was surprised at how nice and sturdy and well-made it was because it was so inexpensive. Gothic has a lot of nice stuff.
