Hi! We would have liked to have had a smaller wedding, but my future FIL is one of 17 children (yes 17) and future MIL one of 11, so my wedding guest list for my FH is about 200 and my side has about 100, so we needed a big room! We got a small discount on the Inn because we booked at pre construction price and April 26 is still off season, so it was $85 per person, which is still an expensive wedding considering our guest list, but my FH's parents are helping us out considering the size of his family! I was very upset about the price of the rooms at the Inn also! Do they think people are made of money?! I had a friend who got married at Eastwind last year and she used the Ramada (I think its Best Western now) in Riverhead which she said was nice. We are going to look into that and the Hampton Inn that is being built by exit 63 off the LIE. Let me know if you find any other reasonably priced hotel.
