AAALLLL of my friends who are already married have said you HAVE to go to Kleinfelds, just for the 'experience.' So, I made an appointment for November (the first Sunday they had available!).
But, now I'm hearing horror stories about going there. People say it was a madhouse, they weren't catered to even though they had an appointment, and they all felt like they were literally being pushed through a machine.
I don't want this to be my experience. Has anyone else gone? Good/bad stories??

I had a great experience! I ended up getting my dress there and had my first fitting today :) I would definitely say don't go there for your first time looking at dresses. Go to a few other places first so you really know what you do and don't want because they will not give you much free range. They will bring dresses to you based on what you want and your budget, but they really know what they are doing. If you can go during a trunk show, do it. I went during one and met the designer and she even made some custom changes to the dress for free because it was a trunk show. So, I say go to kleinfeld!

I got my dress there and had an awesome experience! I worked with Paula and she was amazing. I say definitely go!!!

I had a great experience. I didnt buy my dress there but I went twice and loved it each time It was Great DEF go !
