Hey, I want to make an appointment soon and I would like to get some suggestions on who I should book an appointment with...I would rather have someone help me that others recommended to me, instead of getting stuck with someone I have no clue about...I know some of the people at Kleinfelds are not the greatest so thats why and I am not dealing with attitude or anything like that.
I had heard a while ago a couple of people mention Yulia, did she help anyone on here?

Re: Kleinfeld brides need your opinion
I saw Keasha. Here's what happened: I went on the Friday before Christmas b/c my mom was in town and found a dress I really liked, but wanted to be 100% sure about it, and since I had another appt. somewhere else, I told her I needed to think about it. She was offering us a discount that day, so I thought she was going to pressure us by saying the discount was only available that day. But, she said, no problem, I'll extend the discount until next Saturday (8 days later). So, I went to my other appt on the following Wednesday, and my mom was leaving on Thursday, but I wanted to get my dress before she left. I called Keasha on Wed. to give her the heads up that I might want to come in on Thurs. She said she'd get back to me. She didn't call back til 10:30 that night, but the good news was that she opened the store early for me the next day so that my mom could come in and help me decide on my dress, veil and headpiece and make it to the airport in time. When I called her, I also asked if the discount would apply to the veil and headpiece and she said 'We'll talk about it.'. When we placed the order, we got the discount on all 3 pieces without even asking for it. I also gave her my price range (pretty low by Kleinfeld standards) and she didn't push me to spend more. One thing I don't like is that they had my wedding date wrong both times that I was there. I called last week and double checked it was correct in their system and they said it was. I asked them to mail me a receipt w/the correct date on it, but I haven't seen it yet. Keasha is a bit wacky, and I don't have my new receipt yet (it's haunting me, btw) but if you don't mind that, I recommend seeing Keasha.

Re: Kleinfeld brides need your opinion
Agood friend of mine went there with a price range in mind.... she and her entourage were thre and the attendant brought her to the dresses she could AFFORD .... persay and there 40 dresses in the rack and said to her well if this is all you can spend this is what you get here @ Kleinfelds but if you want to spend more we will have alot more to choose fromut a bad taste in my mouth. Whatever your price range is a bride should never be left to feel that way... u know. I know they have a goos reputation but that just put a bad taste in my mouth. What bride wants to feel like that everyone has a different financial sit. and shouldnt be snubbed cause of it... but thats my experience. Im sure thats not for everyone... like I said I dont remember who the woman was and im sure there not all like that. HTH

Re: Kleinfeld brides need your opinion
The first and second time I went to kleinfeldsI had Kira. She was very pushy and not very noce to the friends I was with. After her, I didnt want to go back at all. However, a friend of mine said she had a good experience with Stephanie and so I went back. She was very sweet and I actually just ordered my dress through her.

I work Lea..she was great! Such a sweetheart. It was my first time looking at dresses and she really worked with me to find out what worked best with me. She didn't push any dresses on me either, I just decided it was too much to spend on my dress (JMO). But I had a wonderful experience there. Best of luck to you!!
