Kleinfeld Gown Preservation
Anyone else doing this?
I had a problem with my initial dry cleaner. They sent my gown all the way to California to be cleaned and preserved and sent it ALL the way back untouched! My Pnina Tornai gown has a ton of crystal work on it and they were afraid to touch it!
I called Kleinfeld and they quoted me $695 + $35-$50 for shipping. I decided to do it because they hand wash the gown and they replace crystals if they are missing, and fix the bustle if it has torn.
