Did anyone buy their BM dresses at Kleinfeld Loft? I was there on sat and we found a dress (w/ discount b/c I got my dress @ Kleinfelds) but just found out they don't do alterations there. Anyone have any suggestions? I'm a little hesitant to bring it to a random seamstress. Thanks :)

Hi, i got my BM dresses there - my girls were really happy with the way they were treated.
most BM dress places in manhattan i have found do not do alterations - they just have places they reccommend. when i was a BM in my friends wedding we got our dresses at Here Comes the Bridesmaid (i hate that place, but whatever!) and they suggested this place called Alterations4Brides. i had lost about 50 lbs between the time i ordered that dress and when i had to get it taken in, so they basically had to rebuild the dress and they did an amazing job. i suggested this place to my girls and they all had a good experience.
