I went to Kleinfelds yesterday to find my wedding dress and it was such a wonderful experience. Fortunately, Jennifer was my sales girl and she was the sweetest girl on earth- not pushy at all. They have so many beautiful dresses and I felt like Jennifer was reading my mind because every dress she brought out for me to try on – I ended up loving. I think I found ‘the one’ but it’s a little pricey so I have to think about it. I just wanted to post this because I have read a couple of bad reviews on Kleinfeld and how they are pushy and snotty. I guess it all depends on the sales girl….mine was awesome! If you go there, I recommend you ask for Jennifer.

it definitely depends on the salesperson. I was a bit worried too before i went in and i was prepared to go off on somebody if they got snotty with me, but meanwhile it was the complete opposite. I wasnt asked about my budget, my salesperson was so sweet and amazing. Infact she convinced me to spend less on a dress and so did the manager elise. I have to say i was SHOCKED by that, but they felt the other dress flattered me much more and they were right. I was very happy that they were able to be honest with me instead of just trying to make a profit.
who is the designer of the dress you like? bc if you want it, you can wait until that designer has a trunk show and get 15% off

I had such a great experience at Kleinfelds too and I also wasn't expecting it. Their selection is out of this world - and lots of difference types of gowns and price levels. I went back this weekend to take my sister to see my dress and I have to say that a part of me wanted to start all over again looking b/c everywhere I turned in the store I saw someone in a beautiful gown!!

I would hvae really liked to have gone there for an apppointment...it seems like such an experience!! I was just too afraid I would fall in love with a gown I could never afford!!

I got my dress there too and i worked with Debi she was so great! Everyone has a different experience when they go but i loved it there. Don't go on anyoones opinion make your own,.

The price range starts at 1500 and goes way up from there. They have a ton of dresses. I am still on the hunt though- not making any decisions until I cover all areas and find the best price

I actually asked about their price range when I was there and she said the dresses were $1500 to $35,000.
I had a GREAT experience as well I loved it there. They had a great selection compared to the boutiques in the city. I recommend Pauline... although she did ask about budget if that bothers you... i was glad b/c I dont want to waste me time trying on a $30K dress!!
