No, you just have to be registered for the knot to get the emails regarding sample sales.

not sure ....i got an email and all it said was if you are knot member u get 25% off ..but i dont have a knot credit card...i guess you just mention you heard about it from the knot.

i got my wedding dress there already..not at a sample sale unfortunely.

Well, actually the last sample sale that Kleinfelds had, from the knot, an appointment was necessary, so there was not massive lines or anything. I did notice that the dresses that were on the sample rack, were not that nice and some were pretty beat up. But definatey worth it to go, you may actually get a diamond in the rough.
